Never drive impairedWait at least 6 hours after inhaling before driving, and longer after edibles. Better still, get a lift.
Breathe easyAvoid inhaling deeply or holding smoke in. It doesn't increase the effect but does harm your lungs.
Hydrate and snackKeep water nearby and eat something beforehand. Your body will thank you.
Lock it away at homeEdibles look like sweets. Store all cannabis securely, out of reach of children and pets.
Know when to skip itAvoid cannabis if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you or close family have a history of psychosis.
Too much? Don't panicFind a calm spot, sip water, breathe slowly. It will pass. Get medical help if you have chest pain or feel very unwell.
